Fundraising

Fundraising is an extremely important element of our work. We are a non-profit making organisation and therefore do not receive any Government assistance. We rely totally on the fundraising efforts of our members and the local public as well as donations.

Everything we raise goes directly back into the local community, helping people whose lives have been touched with cancer.

Care for Cancer is different to other cancer charities in that it is a local charity and therefore any money raised or donated does not go into central funds but all funds received are used entirely within the mid and west Tyrone area directly for the care of cancer patients.

Your support would be greatly appreciated by everyone involved in Care for Cancer and our patients and their families. We are very grateful for the regular financial support we get from many of our members, local individuals and groups. Without this continued support, and more, we would not be able to continue our work.
